WiSE!
During the entrance of the COVID-19 pandemic, we founded Wise Online 2020 which served as a program to support students from 5th to 8th grade. By providing a free summer program for students, Wise Online aims to help middle school students succeed in high school.

Meet the Founders
Angela Zhang
Angela Zhang is a rising sophomore at UCLA after graduating from Culver Academies. She taught AMC 8 Prep Course of WiSE2021. She also taught computer science and mathematics during WiSE2020. Angela has full scored the SAT Math II Subject Test, AP Computer Science A Exam, and the AP Calculus BC Exam. Angela has also interned in the Tech Support committee of MALabs. Recently, she has begun expanding her experience in the operation of streaming platforms and teams.
Terry Cheng
Terry Cheng is a rising sophomore at Johns Hopkins University after graduating from Culver Academies. He has a passion for sciences and has always been the top of his class in such related subjects. Besides completing AP courses in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics, he has devoted his free time working on science research projects. With his project last summer, "A Gallium-Based Transitional Ferrofluid", he was named a finalist in Regeneron ISEF 2021. In WISE2021, Terry taught COVID-19: Biology Behind the Global Pandemic.
Branden Choi
Branden Choi is a rising sophomore at USC after graduating from Culver Academies. He taught the Environmental Science portion of WISE2021. While having consistent high GPA at Culver, Branden also has a passion for the outside environment. Soccer, Golf and tennis are his favorite sports. Branden hopes to bring awareness of the environmental destruction that is occurring daily through educating younger students.
